Composition: 

Cefixime 

D.syp by Medxone is a cefixime-based syrup that is an antibiotic syrup used to treat urinary tract infections, respiratory tract infections, Uncomplicated gonorrhea, and ear infections. It is a third-generation beta-lactam antibiotic. It binds to penicillin-binding proteins in the bacteria. It prevents bacteria from building it’s wall peptidoglycan, which eventually causes cell to die. It cannot be used for viral infections and is only useful for bacterial infections.
